Cusikay — Delete your account

Your account is yours: deleting it takes a minute and asks for no explanations. There are two ways.

From the app (fastest)

Open Cusikay, go to the Profile tab and tap "Delete my account", then "Delete forever". The moment the server confirms it, your account is gone for good: your email, your profile (name, allergies, diet preferences and kitchen tools) and your favorites. The app then clears Cusikay's personal data from your device. There is no waiting period and no way back.

Without the app (no reinstall, no sign-in)

If you already uninstalled Cusikay, write to info@cusilabs.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete exactly the same data by hand and reply when it is done. Writing from the account's own address is how we know it is you.

What cannot be deleted this way

Optional usage events (if you ever turned on "Help improve Cusikay") were never linked to your account, email or name — so they cannot be looked up or deleted one by one, and they carry nothing that leads back to you. Our privacy policy explains them in full.
